What's included

A defined advisory question, agreed preparation and clear recommendations. Build-versus-buy, systems assessment, AI opportunities and a practical roadmap. Implementation is a separate scope.

The proposal defines deliverables, milestones, handover, ownership and ongoing support. Existing signed agreements retain their terms.

Scope is agreed before delivery. Additional pages, integrations, languages, content and revisions are quoted explicitly.

USD is the base currency. Other currencies are indicative conversions. Ongoing services and third-party costs are agreed separately.
