What's included
One primary workflow with defined data, users and permissions: a database-backed app, staff workspace or client portal. Agreed migration, reporting and integration requirements, testing and operator handover. Complex migrations and multiple systems are scoped separately.
Build proposals include two consolidated design feedback rounds and an acceptance correction round. New scope is estimated before work proceeds.
Client content, imagery, translation, migration and third-party services are agreed explicitly. One primary language is included unless the proposal specifies more.
